Bloc Party in Watt-Rotterdam
Is time for some music again. The last view years it was very quiet around bloc party. No news is good news, they say. Sometimes you need time to come back. Bloc Party took the time, to make something beautiful. Last saturday October 25th the was a exclusive showcase around bloc party in Watt-Rotterdam. I didn’t download the new album, so i didn’t no what to expect. I have seen many concerts, But this one was outstanding. I have never seen so many people exploring crowd surfing and stagediving in one night. I didn’t count, but is was clear for everybody that we are back in the early days.
The atmosfeer was great like a small livingroom with too many people in it. Maybe to good to be true. The first two songs were brand new, so the audience lay back to prepare theme selfs for the brand new message about intimacy.
Kele Okereke felt that he must sweat more for his audience. It’s a two energy flow he said, so let me work for you. It was clear that kele Okereke was in a good mood for a party. The audience get what they came for, a real Bloc Party party, but the big moment wasn’t there yet. (see the video below) After two short breaks it was time for bloc party to show the crowd there real face. Mercury was the big surprise. It didn’t take a long before Kele Okereke was carried by the crowd.. A hand in hand Bloc Party party, a hilarious concert moment.
