Media Facade Bayer
The patented systems Mediamesh® and Illumesh®, both products of a joint development between ag4 media facade GmbH and GKD AG, transform building facades into atmospheric and medial objects. This innovative technology is planned for several projects including the former headquarters of Bayer AG in Leverkusen. Starting next autumn, 5.6 million LEDs will transform the builidng into a structure shining with brilliant light. On a total surface of 17,500 m², the building, which has been completely gutted, will be wrapped in two different kinds of steel mesh with integrated LED profiles.
